What Were The Multiple Traumas That Liam Payne Suffered?
As per the autopsy report, the singer had multiple substances in his system when he fell to his death from the balcony of his hotel room in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Liam Payne died of “multiple traumas” and “external haemorrhaging” as 25 injuries were reported on the body. The report also stated that he had “polytrauma and internal and external bleeding.”

According to StatPearls, polytrauma happens when a person has several injuries at the same time. These injuries can be very serious and may even threaten their life. The main cause of polytrauma around the world is car accidents, but it can also result from suicide or homicide attempts. However, in Payne’s case, none were the situation as defined.
In his case, polytrauma was defined by the prosecutor’s office as “multiple traumatic injuries,” typically involving various organs or systems in the body. Research indicates that death from polytrauma can occur immediately after the injuries are sustained or may take longer to happen. Immediate fatalities are often due to severe brain injuries or significant blood loss.

Close family, friends and former bandmates of the One Direction came together to pay their tribute to the singer. It was a reunion of the One Direction but not as everyone would have expected. Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson, were amongst the mourners at Liam Payne’s funeral in England’s Home Counties. The former boy band members all came together for the first time in nearly nine years to pay their respects to the late singer.
Harry Styles was the first One Direction member who was photographed at Liam Payne’s funeral. Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik arrived at the church for the service at the same time, in separate cars, shortly before Niall Horan. Simon Cowell, who was among the judges in the “X Factor” that made all four of them into a group, was also spotted at the funeral.
